What is your turn around time for photos?
2-4 weeks depending on your package!
How do we receive our finished gallery?
You will be sent a link to your email where you can download your digital gallery directly to your device
If I cancel my session will I receive my deposit back?
Cancellations must be done 24hrs prior to the session. The retainer is non refundable but I can offer a re-shoot for a different day when I am available for no extra cost.
What happens if I am late for my session?
There is a 10 minute grace period however, I do know that life happens- if you communicate with me and I have the available time, we can still go through with your shoot. If I am unavailable at that time due to other client sessions, you may be scheduled for later that day or a date in the future that works for both parties.
Is 20 minutes enough time for an extended family session?
20 minute sessions are for families of 4 or less to ensure that I am providing quality images within the allotted time available.
Do you give out raw images?
No I do not. As a photographer, giving out raw images is not an accurate representation of my business. I carefully edit each image that I deliver into a format that can be opened, shared, printed & more.
